Systems Requirements Engineer
Years of experience: 2 to 5years
Responsibilities
- Define/Derive/Verify the system requirements for the embedded products based on the stakeholder and customer requirements
- Analyze, clarify and document product requirements considering relevant norms and standards in the automotive environment
- Document the system requirements in the tools with Functional/Non functional/Safety/Quality related classifications
- Coordination and follow-up of change requests
- Transfer requirements into technical system specifications and implementation guidelines or assign them to related experts and departments
- Participate in concept development of complete electronic systems
- Execute or support design reviews and risk analyses and support technical FMEAs
- Setup and maintain traceability in compliance with Automotive SPICE
Requirements Mandatory
- University degree in electronics or communication engineering, computer science or similar
- Proven expert in system requirements engineering and the usage of related tools for Automotive/Embedded system products
- Competent in usage of tools like POLARION/DOORS
- Experience in handling Communication protocol requirements like CAN/LIN etc
- Good knowledge of automotive development processes including V-Modell, ASPICE and agile methods
- Experience in the development of embedded systems, ideally in an automotive environment
- Strong networking and confident communication skills
- Goal oriented, structured, diligent and independent work ethic
Good to have
- Knowledge in wireless charging technology according the Qi standard or automotive application of USB technology are beneficial
- Experience in handling requirements related to Diagnostics/UDS/NFC/Functional Safety
- Knowledge on Autosar Architecture
