Mandatory Competencies

- Experience of testing on CAN protocol
- Experience of testing on Diagnosis UDS, KWP protocol
- Be able to deliver the task on time, be able to communicate the risk in advance
- Ability to collaborate with experts, and Test Project Responsible for understanding the requirements.
- Good understanding in System and Software development life cycle.
- Able to develop test cases based on requirements
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experienced in Perl, Python scripting
- Awareness of ISO standard (ISO14229, 14230, 15031)
- Experienced in CANalyzer, DOORS, IBM Quality Center
- Excellent documentation skills
- Independent, solution oriented.
Desirable Skills
- Hands on experience in Customer specific diagnostic tools
- Hands on experience in SAE J1939, FlexRay, KWP2000 Protocol
- Experience in Autosar development environment
- Experience in vehicle functions
- Experience in the usage of testing-tools like Labcar, debugger, simulator etc
- Good knowledge of ASPICE / CMMI quality standard
- Experience in using Change management and version management tools (like Rational ClearQuest, SVN, DOORS, Clear Case etc)
- Experience in working with International /Inter-Cultural teams
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Working with Agile Process
Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech, M.E/ M.Tech, M.Sc in Electronics or Electronics and Communication or Electrical Engineering
