- Provide support to the sales, marketing and FAE team.
- Access the Sales data, Annual Budget information, Design Funnel data to prepare reports that are meaningful to the sales team.
- Create the weekly reports, monthly reports and other related data in the prescribed formats.
- Co-ordinating with the CSR team, Global Sales operations team and other sales resources teams on a regular and time to time basis.
- Should have experience in handling Annual sales forecasts, budget preparations, medium term forecast preparations etc.
- Need to handle the logistics portion and communication with the customer, Renesas Sales member and Renesas Quality team for Failure Analysis of failed products in the field/returned by customers.
- Communicate with Mailing/Courier agencies to work on importing samples, tools and customs department.
- Excellent knowledge of office tools such as MS Excel, Power point, emailing systems, etc are a must.
- Candidates must be graduating with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in science or commerce with five years of experience in the relevant field.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is a must.
- At least 3 years of hands on experience in using salesforce.com, ModelN(Agirity System), Citirx/Rainbow systems and SAP.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Must be a self-motivated team player who is able to take direction, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
