Key Responsibility

1. Development of Electronic products at EMS
2. Electronic Manufacturing Process of EMS and Quality
3. De-risk & rationalise the supplier base as per the Sourcing Strategy for electronic components
4. Alternate component/source development
5. Development of parts with the vendor, initiate RFQ, Purchase Orders & follow-up. Involved in the Part approval process along with Engineering & Quality. 
6. Zero-based Costing, Rate fixation, Rate Negotiation, rate revision as per agreed frequency
7. IT tools like SAP, advanced Excel-based working knowledge
8. Identify cost-saving opportunities & work on the identified project for Cost reduction
9. Decision-making and good working collaboration with the Agile approach
10. Good Sourcing knowledge on the Local and Global Distribution for the electronic products.
11. Project management skills
