The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and troubleshooting printed circuit boards (PCBs) while following defined processes and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities And Deliverables
- Follow established processes and procedures to rework and troubleshoot printed circuit boards.
- Use a soldering station to install and/or rework SMD and through-hole components on PCBs.
- Maintain accurate documentation to track components used.
- Inspect and review components and PCBs before and after rework to ensure proper workmanship and adherence to quality requirements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the PCB.
- Maintain high levels of precision and organization throughout the assembly process.
Desired Qualifications: Required Qualifications, Knowledge, And Experience
- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or Diploma in Electronics or a related field.
- Previous experience in PCB Soldering or a related role is a must.
- Hands-on experience in wiring harness development and assembly is a must.
- 2 to 4 years’ experience. Minimum 1 Year of relevant experience in the automobile or aerospace industry.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Steady hands, good dexterity, and ability to handle small components.
- Very good vision and ability to work on fine-pitch components.
- Experience with soldering SMD and through-hole components is preferred.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures.
