The skill sets being sought are:

1. Schematic design using OrCAD Capture CIS
2. PCB Layout using Allegro
3. Should aware of Library creation (PCB footprint, Schematic symbol creation and part mapping)
4. Generation of Gerbers, BOMs
5. Working with fabricator and assembly team to realize the final board
6. Minor soldering skills
7. Should have an understanding of elctrical/electronic circuits
8. USB, Ethernet, DDR, FPGA routing skills
9. Experience in designing with mixed signal ICs (ADCs, DACs)
10. Experience in working with RF ICs
11. Basic C-programming
12. Applicant should know about the mixed signals, digital, analog, RF and power designs.
13. Manufacturing Understanding:
    • Stack-up design
    • Panelization and Clubbing the PCBs
    • Gerber generation
14. Layout Understanding
    • Impedance matching
    • Differential routing
    • Crosstalk

• Minimum knowledge on DFX (DFA, DFT and DFM).
