In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for
- Define Requirements of Product transfers.
- Compare and evaluate the datasheets of different vendors
- Design experiments to measure and quantify performance of systems, sub-systems and components
- Learn and Implement DFX Tools in projects
- Learn and Apply Game Theory based tools for negotiation preparations
- Work on strategies to efficiently automate engineering analysis and quote related tasks
- Perform engineering analysis on product changes
- Perform impact analysis of engineering changes
- Participate in DFMEA and mapping regulators testing requirements
- Work with internal teams and suppliers for DFM and DFA
- Provide guidance for optimizing designs for DFM and cost reduction
- Participate in supplier evaluation and Advanced Quality Product Planning
- Responsible for releasing designs thorough Engineering Change management

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience/Preferred Skills:
- M.Tech /B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Bio-Medical/Medical /Tool Designing /Electronic/Mechatronics streams
- Exposure to hospital departments like ultrasound, X-ray, MRI or CT
- Exposure to high quality manufacturing systems
- Detailed Engineering Analysis in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical problems
- Working knowledge of CAD tools – Mentor, Altium, Creo or Solidworks
- Working experience with packaging FEA analysis is preferred.
- Good at hand calculation of the design.
- Disciplined team worker, ability to work independently
- System thinking mindset and domain expertise in the related area
- Ability to present ideas and to convince project team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player, leadership skills and drive for results
- Quality mindset in design and documentation
- Intercultural sensitivity
- Self-motivated & ability to be coached by other team members
