Infineon Technologies AG has launched its new StrongIRFET TM 2 power MOSFET 30 V portfolio, extending the existing StrongIRFET 2 family to meet the rising demand for 30 V solutions in the mass market. The 30 V technology in the StrongIRFET 2 series delivers up to a 40 per cent improvement in R DS(on) and a 60 per cent reduction in Q G compared to its predecessors, enhancing power efficiency and overall system performance while maintaining high robustness.
