What if your front door could recognize faces, show who’s outside, let you talk to visitors, and unlock in six ways—all from one device?

EZVIZ has launched the CS-DL50FVS Plus smart video door lock in India, combining a video doorbell, face recognition, and multiple access methods into a single device. Designed for homes, apartments, and villas, the lock lets users identify visitors, communicate with them, and unlock the door without physical keys.
The lock uses 3D face recognition based on structured light technology to unlock the door in less than a second. The system is designed to resist spoofing attempts using photos or videos and can recognize users in low-light conditions or when they are wearing masks, glasses, or head coverings.
A built-in 3MP camera with 2K resolution and a 166-degree field of view works as a video doorbell. Visitors can be viewed and spoken to through the 4.3-inch indoor display or the EZVIZ mobile app. AI-based human detection identifies people approaching the entrance, removing the need for separate peephole cameras or video doorbells.
The DL50FVS Plus supports six unlocking methods: 3D face recognition, fingerprint, PIN code, the EZVIZ app, RFID card, and a mechanical key. Users can also generate temporary PINs and QR codes for visitors, household staff, or delivery personnel and revoke them when no longer needed.
The device includes a microphone and speaker for two-way communication with visitors. PIR motion detection sends alerts to the user’s smartphone if someone remains near the entrance for an extended period.
The lock automatically secures the door after it is closed and notifies users if the door is left open. It is powered by a 5,000mAh rechargeable battery that provides up to six months of operation under typical use. A USB Type-C emergency power port allows temporary power if the battery is fully discharged.
The lock is built to operate in dusty environments, during monsoon weather, and in temperatures up to 50°C. It supports doors with thicknesses ranging from 40mm to 120mm, making it compatible with most residential main doors.
The DL50FVS Plus connects to the EZVIZ app over Wi-Fi, allowing users to monitor live video, unlock the door remotely, review access records with photos, and manage user permissions. It can also work with other EZVIZ security devices, including cameras, alarms, and sensors, enabling automated actions such as activating the home security system when the door is locked from outside.
