Meet the 400W dual-output module which is compact, reliable, and flexible, helping engineers simplify complex industrial and medical power systems.
Modern industrial and medical systems are getting more complex, rendering engineers struggling with bulky power setups, custom-built supplies, and long development cycles. The need for a compact, flexible and ready to use power module that can also support multiple outputs without forcing customization every time becomes necessary.
Advanced Energy Industries, Inc., have introduced a flexible, space-saving power solution for various applications eliminating the need for custom development and helps speed time-to-market. It is a dual-output 24V/24V module for its NeoPower family of configurable power supplies. It delivers up to 400 W in a compact 2.5-inch form factor, designed to fit demanding environments. It targets medical, industrial, semiconductor, testing and measurement applications where simple, flexible configuration is required with less complexity and power accuracy.
The module enables up to 16 isolated outputs per power supply, giving engineers an easy way to build complex systems across industrial, medical, semiconductor and testing applications.
The features of this module are:
- Simplified integration: Configuring 16 outputs from a single supply, eliminating the need for custom-built power units.
- Space and cost efficiency: High power density (18 W/in³) reduces system size and cuts complexity.
- Reliable performance: Digital control ensures precise voltage and current delivery from one AC input source.
- Certified compliance: Meets IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 (industrial), IEC/EN 60601-1 (medical), and SEMI F47 standards.
Joe Voyles, the Vice President of the company, said these latest modules help reduce time-to-market for demanding applications. The dual output modules offer configurable flexibility that allows customers to cut system size, cost and complexity by powering complex loads from a single supply.
With global engineering expertise and responsive support, the company continues building partnerships that keep pace with technology advances and drive future innovation in power.
