ADLINK Technology Inc., an edge computing company and a Titanium member of the Intel Partner Alliance, have launched the MVP Series of fanless modular computers, the MVP-5200 Compact Modular Industrial Computers and MVP-6200 Expandable Modular Industrial Computers. The company claims the design is ideal for Artificial Intelligence (AI) inferencing at the Edge, serving applications such as smart manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, and warehousing. Modular options and straightforward configuration processes decrease lead times for many customer needs.

The series distinguishes itself with various Input/Output (I/O) features. It includes 2 DisplayPorts, 2 High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) ports, 6 Communication (COM) ports, 6 Universal Serial Bus (USB) ports, an 8-channel Digital Input/Output, three instances of 2.5 Gigabit Local Area Network (LAN) interface, and 6 SubMiniature version A (SMA) antenna connectors, with four specifically for 5th Generation (5G) and two for Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi).
