LG Electronics addressed these needs with the unveiling of its new LG MAGNIT Micro LED display. Designed for premium commercial environments, the ultra HD display supports large scale installations through scalable screen configurations that can be adapted for venues ranging from expansive halls and conference spaces to professional studios and control rooms.
Beyond image quality, the system introduces engineering enhancements focused on operational value. Line to Dot technology limits pixel defects to individual dots instead of entire lines, reducing visible disruption and improving viewing consistency. Installation is simplified through a slimmer cabinet design and a patented front access alignment mechanism that allows precise adjustments directly from the front, helping reduce setup time for large displays.
The display also supports long distance installation, with cabinets and controllers placed up to 10 kilometres apart using optical fibre connections, enabling centralized monitoring and control. A black coating on the front of the display enhances contrast and colour accuracy while protecting against moisture, dust, and external impact, improving overall durability.
