Rohde & Schwarz, a leader in test and measurement technology based in Munich, stands out with the MXO 5 series oscilloscopes, paired with the RT-ZISO isolated probing system, offering exceptional accuracy and dynamic range, ideal for power electronics. These instruments enable precise analysis and verification of next-generation wide-bandgap designs, such as those incorporating silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN), for higher efficiency and reliability. Another setup demonstrates validation for multi-phase buck converters, a solution meeting the requirements of data-intensive applications by supporting high currents and faster switching speeds.

In partnership with PE Systems GmbH, the company will also demonstrate its MXO 5C oscilloscope, optimized for rack-mounted systems, in a double pulse tester configuration. This setup enables automated testing and analysis of power conductors and passive components, allowing engineers to optimize driver parameters for robust electronic systems.

For RF applications, they introduce a new wideband modulated load pull solution to validate RF front ends over a range of impedance conditions, utilizing the SMW200A signal generator and RTP oscilloscope. This technology enables engineers to analyze performance when RF signals are directed into an antenna, essential in evaluating non-linear device behaviors.

Automotive and communications sectors will also benefit from the company’s latest innovations. The compact R&S RadEsT radar tester provides comprehensive testing capabilities for automotive radar sensors, essential in Advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving systems. Additionally, non-terrestrial network (NTN) testing will be demonstrated with the CMX500 tester, simulating satellite communication conditions across multiple orbital configurations, supporting enhanced reliability for satellite-based systems.
