LG Electronics has introduced ThinQ Pro, a B2B smart management platform designed to integrate built-in appliances with centralised monitoring and control capabilities. The platform connects premium residential appliances into a unified management interface, enabling property-level visibility, diagnostics and operational oversight through a single dashboard. It is structured specifically for professional property environments that require scalable supervision rather than individual home-level control.

The system enables remote monitoring of appliance status, energy consumption patterns and operational alerts across multiple units. Property operators can track performance, identify potential faults and manage maintenance workflows without relying on disconnected tools or manual tracking processes. During installation, connected appliances can be onboarded in a structured manner, while configuration settings can be applied across units to maintain operational consistency. Consolidating device data into one management layer improves transparency and reduces service response time.

This architecture is particularly suited for multi-unit residential developments, serviced apartments, student housing, senior living communities and rental portfolios where appliance uptime and energy efficiency directly influence operating costs and occupant satisfaction. Centralised visibility allows operators to standardise performance benchmarks, respond proactively to issues and optimise resource utilisation across properties.

By integrating connected appliances, monitoring software and property-level controls into a cohesive ecosystem, LG Electronics expands the role of smart appliances beyond individual homes and strengthens its presence in professionally managed residential environments.

Seungtae Baek, president of LG Home Appliance Solution Company, says, “LG ThinQ Pro simplifies appliance and property management across North America and supports a wide range of residential applications. It provides builders and property managers with the tools to improve efficiency, safety, and resident satisfaction.”
