IBASE Technology Inc. has launched the CP100, an ultra-compact embedded edge computer designed for reliable, long-term operation in space-constrained industrial environments. It is targeted at industrial automation engineers, system integrators, IoT solution providers, and developers working in smart manufacturing, logistics, and embedded systems. The CP100 is also ideal for deployments on factory floors, control panels, automated kiosks, and smart retail setups.
Built around the AMD Ryzen Embedded R2000 Series processor, the system offers three chipset options, allowing users to match computing performance to specific application needs. With a small footprint based on a 2.5-inch single board computer (SBC), the system is optimized for edge and embedded use where both space and performance efficiency are critical.
To support various industrial requirements, the CP100 includes dual HDMI 2.0 ports that enable dual 4K display output, and a Peripheral Device Power Control (PDPC) function that improves energy efficiency for connected peripherals. It also features four RS-232/422/485 serial ports, offering reliable communication with industrial sensors and equipment — making it well-suited for manufacturing, automation, retail, and logistics.
The system supports DIN-rail mounting for seamless integration into industrial setups.
