Ezurio has introduced the BL54L15μ Series, the smallest Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) module based on Nordic Semiconductor’s nRF54L15 SoC, now available for global development. With built-in certifications (FCC/IC/CE/UKCA/RCM/MIC and Bluetooth SIG), these modules are ready for rapid integration into connected products that demand compact size, high performance, and advanced security.
Designed for developers needing minimal footprint and robust functionality, the series delivers twice the processing power of Ezurio’s previous BL654 module (nRF52840). At its core is a 128MHz ARM Cortex-M33 processor and a 128MHz RISC-V coprocessor, along with 1.5 MB of non-volatile memory and 256 KB of RAM. The module offers +8 dBm transmit power, supports 1.7V to 3.6V supply voltages, and includes NFC A-Tag capability.
Security is central to the module’s design, with a target of PSA Certified Level 3. Features include Secure Boot, Secure Firmware Update, Secure Storage, and hardware-based protection against physical attacks—making the series ideal for use in applications where data integrity and protection are critical.
The series includes versions with a chip antenna or trace pad, giving engineers flexibility based on space and performance needs. It also offers multiprotocol support and full access to the nRF54L15’s hardware features.
This release completes Ezurio’s BL54L module family, offering a scalable range of Bluetooth LE solutions for next-generation wireless applications. It further solidifies Ezurio’s strong partnership with Nordic Semiconductor.
