e-con Systems Inc., an embedded camera solutions company has announced the launch of its e-CAM220_CUMI327_MOD Full HD MIPI CSI-2 ultra-low light camera module and e-CAM22_CUXVR camera evaluation kit leveraging the powerful Image Signal Processor (ISP) of NVIDIA Jetson edge AI platform.

This full HD camera module is based on 2MP Sony STARVIS IMX327 CMOS sensor with 2.9-µm pixel size. This camera is empowered with ultra-low light sensitivity, higher signal to noise (SNR) ratio, and uncompressed Full HD streaming at 60 fps. This high-sensitivity low-light camera has the capability of capturing both visible and near-infrared images with very low noise even at extremely low lighting conditions or even no light (nearly 0 lux) conditions. It has an s-mount lens holder which allows customers to choose and use the lens according to their applications. Its high dynamic range delivers stunning images even in varying outdoor lighting conditions.
