The Field Service Trainee for Cytiva is part of the India Equipment services organization located in Pune/Kolkata/Ahmedabad and will be a Remote customer facing role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Will accompany the service engineers and help them in pre-installation work, equipment demo & other service activities. This will involve travel within the city and outside as well.
- Will ensure the delivery of operations – installing, troubleshooting, planned maintenance of the various range of Single use and Chromatography Equipment sold by CYTIVA Life Science to the customers in Biopharmaceutical Industries.
- Required to attend independently or with a trained engineer and close the service calls as per CYTIVA Service Quality.
- Support the team in service documentation work & be an active contributor.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology / Instrumentation /Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics/ Electrical & Telecommunications Engineering
- Ability to learn quickly & demonstrate independent working straits
- Interface and gel with both internal team members and external customers.
- Should have knowledge about the basic tools used for service and repairs
- Fluency in English language.
- Ability to learn the processes in CYTIVA Life Sciences for reporting, escalations, travel.
- Be a team player
