Position Overview We are seeking a Testing and Tech Support Engineer Intern to join our deployment and support team. The intern will assist in testing robotic systems, performing troubleshooting activities, and providing technical support during deployments. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with robotics engineers, gain hands-on experience with real-world robot systems, and build a strong foundation in industrial robotics.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in testing and validation of ANSCER mobile robot systems and features.
  • Support robot deployments and on-site technical troubleshooting.
  • Perform diagnostics, log analysis, and issue reproduction for hardware and software faults.
  • Work with the engineering team to document and resolve technical issues.
  • Support integration and communication between robot systems, PLCs, and other automation equipment.
  • Contribute to creating test cases, reports, and documentation for quality assurance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure issue resolution.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of ROS (Robot Operating System).
  • Knowledge of mobile robots, sensors, and navigation systems.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial control logic.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Linux terminal commands and scripting.
  • Exposure to networking basics and robot connectivity.
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and working in a fast-paced robotics environment.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor of Engineering students or B.Tech or recent graduates in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related fields.
  • Passionate about robotics and eager to gain hands-on experience in real-world deployments.
