This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will engage in both technical and commercial activities, focusing on assisting customers with product selection, providing technical support, and presenting solutions based on client requirements. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, liaising between the sales and engineering teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to effectively sell and provide solutions for technical products.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Experience in Sales with the ability to identify customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.
- Problem-solving aptitude, teamwork, and an ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Educational qualifications in engineering or a related field, with knowledge of motor control, automation, and power quality products preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and ability to travel as required.
- Prior experience in industrial automation or a similar field is a plus.
