Your activities
- Install load cells (Compression, tension, bending beam, shear Beam, Load pins, tension links, etc.) as per the application. Perform correct loadcell wiring(4-Wire/6 wire) to indicators or Amplifiers
- Configure and commission weighing Indicators/Transmitters
- Carry out system commissioning after installation
- Verify performance using test weights or reference loads
- Ensure readings meet accuracy and repeatability requirements
- Support the customer during trial runs and acceptance tests
- Basic understanding of industrial communication protocols such as RS-232, RS485, Modbus, CAN, Ethernet (Not mandatory). Ability to assist customers with basic communication checks and troubleshooting
- Diagnose issues related to load cells, indicator scaling, mounting or mechanical constraints.
- Identify whether a problem is sensor-related, electronics-related or machine-related
- Provide corrective actions and service support after site visits.
Your profile
- Diploma/BE/BTECH in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-5 years or relevant Field Service Experience preferred
