The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Qualification Required
- Any UG Graduation ( Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Electronics degree is a Plus )
- Skill Set Required: People’s Person, Time Oriented, Great Verbal & Written Communication Skills,
- Negotiation skill: Basic Math Skills, Basic Computer Literacy, Handling Customer Relations & Complaints, Crisis Management
- Accountability: The Sales team is directly accountable to the Sales Team Leader
Timings: 9 AM to 6:15 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and trade shows.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Travel to trade shows and customer facilities to understand customer needs and provide the right support.
- Host customers at our facility with technical and operations teams to help understand their manufacturing needs.
