Planning & execution of Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and fault troubleshooting of Fully Automatic & semi-automatic machines.
Good knowledge of Electrical, hydraulic and Pneumatic based circuit including their troubleshooting.
Proficient in Maintenance of PLC & Servo drives.
Hands-on experience working on vision system-based poka-yoke (Keyence and Cognex).
Knowledge of implementation of poka-yoke with machine process and ensure proper working of existing poka-yoke.
Breakdown troubleshooting, acknowledgement of Breakdown report, getting acceptance from Production and Quality.
Analysis of MTTR, MTBF and availability of machines, prepare pareto chart for machine breakdowns and find the rout cause through WHY-WHY analysis.
Develop, establish and support concepts for autonomous maintenance within the location.
Documentation works as per TS 16949:2009 & ISO 14001:2004 EMS system requirements.
Maintaining records and tracking work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of equipment.
Ensure safe working conditions for machines.
Updating and monitoring of Daily Work Management.
Maintain Spare Parts inventory as per requirement, min-max stock level.
Basic knowledge of Utility Machines.
