APPLY HERE ON LINKEDIN

Location: Bengaluru

Company: InfinityX Innovations

You’ll work on

  • Assisting with schematic design, component selection, and PCB layout for battery pack modules and support electronics.
  • Assembling, soldering, and debugging hardware prototypes in the lab.
  • Interfacing microcontrollers (e.g., ESP32 and similar) with multiple sensors (voltage, current, temperature, etc.) for battery monitoring and control.
  • Writing efficient, well‑structured embedded code for medium to complex electronic circuits with multiple sensors and communication interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, etc.).
  • Testing and validating battery modules, sensors, and power electronics using multimeters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, etc.
  • Supporting hardware bring‑up, integration with mechanical packs, and basic firmware/hardware co‑testing.
  • Preparing test reports, BOMs, and design documentation; collaborating with mechanical and systems teams.

We’re looking for

  • BE/BTech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or related, passed out in 2026 or earlier.
  • Not open to currently enrolled students; this is a post‑graduation internship with PPO potential.
  • Basics of analog/digital circuits, power electronics, and PCB design concepts.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one EDA tool (KiCad, Altium, EasyEDA, OrCAD, etc.).
  • Comfortable with soldering, wiring, and using lab equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply).
  • Experience programming microcontrollers (ESP32, Arduino, STM32, etc.) and working with multiple sensors in real projects.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient embedded code (C/C++/MicroPython) for medium‑complexity circuits with interrupt handling, timing constraints, and communication protocols.
  • Curious, detail‑oriented, and keen to learn EV/battery pack electronics in a fast‑paced startup.

Good to have

  • Projects or coursework on battery management systems (BMS), DC‑DC converters, chargers, or motor drives.
  • Basic exposure to Li‑ion/LiFePO₄ battery technologies and safety aspects.
  • Some experience with version control (Git) and basic scripting for test automation.

What you’ll get

  • Hands‑on exposure to real EV battery pack hardware and power electronics development.
  • Mentorship from senior hardware and systems engineers; clear learning path in EV electronics.
  • Strong possibility of conversion to a full‑time employee based on performance.
