About the part-time job/internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Design and develop electrical systems for plant, tree, bush, and vine lighting products.
- Select appropriate LEDs, wires, connectors, power supplies, resistors, switches, and other electrical components.
- Prepare basic electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and connection layouts.
- Assemble and test LED lighting prototypes and products.
- Perform electrical testing for voltage, current, power consumption, temperature, and performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical and wiring issues during prototype development and production.
- Improve product designs for safety, reliability, durability, and ease of manufacturing.
- Work with the production team to develop efficient wiring and assembly methods.
- Help create and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials), electrical specifications, and product documentation.
- Support prototype development and testing of new lighting concepts.
- Work closely with mechanical, design, and production teams to develop complete products.
