- In-depth knowledge of DFT concepts including DFT(scan/mbist) insertion
- ATPG pattern generation/verification, mbist verification
- Familiarity with IEEE 1149, 1500, 1687 standards
- Perform ATPG on the chip top level and capable of debugging any implementation issues
- Perform timing and no-timing simulation and validations
- Perform verification and validation on the generated patterns and debug any pattern mismatches
- Knowledge on the scripting language like TCL, Python and /or Perl is preferred
Requirements/Qualifications
- M.Tech/M.S. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 0 to 2 years of experience and hands-on in DFT
- Good knowledge on Digital Electronics and CMOS Technologies
- Good Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively on a team and independently
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies
- Good communication skills with professional ethics
