As a Test Engineer, you will be a part of a team responsible for new product development of industrial automation products & bring new technology into the industrial space.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Develop automated test systems using LabVIEW and Test Stand.
- Collaborate with other team members to interpret schematics and integrate test solutions.
- Understand circuit design and modifications to support test setups.
- Troubleshoot and debug test systems to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Document test procedures, results, and system configurations for compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in test automation and hardware validation.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure overall system requirements are fulfilled with a cost-effective and high-quality approach.
- Develop and execute electronics test plans for verification and validation.

Required Education, Experience & Skills
- BE in Electronics Engineering or related level of experience, plus certifications
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
- Good working knowledge of electronic test equipment, including scopes, meters, signal generators, etc.
- 5+ years of experience with Basic analog, digital circuit and industrial communication protocols (e.g., HART, SPI, UART and Ethernet).
- Strong proficiency in LabVIEW and Test Stand.
- Solid C# programming skills for application and tool development.
- Basic knowledge of schematic reading to understand hardware designs.
- Basic Layout design understanding.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in both hardware and software domains.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across disciplines.
- Experience working in a global engineering environment.
- Experience in developing hardware for product that involves pneumatic actuators control valve interface will be an added advantage.
- Strong exposure to Life cycle Management of products.
