JOB: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) At Dewan Radios

Job Description

1. Check all enquiries on WhatsApp and Email daily
2. Enter all enquiries in Enquiry to Order FMS software system
3. Entry of all Customer POs daily in FMS software system
4. Order Dispatch entries in FMS software system
5. Share Docket details of order dispatch with customers on WhatsApp / Email
6. Entry of all Invoices in Tally and FMS software system
7. Prepare Quotations in Tally
8. Entry of Purchase Order for Suppliers in Tally
9. Daily stock transfer from between multiple office locations in Tally
10. Daily follow-up on payments

We shall offer full-training on all these software systems.

Profile & Experience

1. Must have experience in ‘selling’ or ‘customer fulfilment’ in any industry —
   in-store retail, e-commerce setup,
2. Must be polite and pleasant in having telephonic conversations
3. Must be able to handle computers – basics of web browsing, email, MS-Word, MS-Excel
4. Basic English – written and spoken; most verbal/spoken communication will be in Hindi
5. Required to be at office 6-days each week at Mahipalpur, near Airport, New
   Delhi.
6. Must have a scooty/bike; must be living in 45 mins of driving distance from
   Mahipalpur
7. Preferably a middle-aged woman candidate

Salary & Incentives

1. Salary within Rs.20,000 to Rs.30,000 per month – all fixed
