1. 0 to 1 years of experience in FEA structural analysis.
2. Preferable if the engineer is ME/MTech.
3. Experience in FE simulation in the ANSYS workbench environment and geometry editing using Design Modular / Space Claim.
4. Adaptivity to other software Hypermesh and LS Dyna.
5. Should communicate good.
6. Good in Analytical skills in performing engineering hand calculation.
7. Exposure in Free Body Diagrams
8. Very good in engineering fundamentals especially in Mechanics, Strength of material and Plastic Material behaviors.
9. Good understanding about the failure theories.

MandatorySkills
