Key responsibilities
Strategic responsibilities
Maintaining the consistency in Product quality and Improving the customer satisfaction
Functional responsibilities
- New product PCB component assembly
- Component kitting
- Component testing as per testing guidelines
- Test jig development support
- Inventory management
- Test equipment service coordination
- Board debugging support
- Maintaining ISO documents related to component inventory, Component test reports etc.
- Assisting to analyse & finding possible continuous improvements in Process /products
- Doing field rejection analysis of Fintech & Cleantech Products & Creating CAPA
Requirements
- ITI /Diploma (Electrical or Electronics ) – 3 ~ 5 years’ experience
- Key attributes for success –[Example]
- Should have good knowledge of electronics & mechanical item’s quality parameters.
- Ability to work in pressure. Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical & research skills
- Problem-solving skills

- Sound judgments & decision making
- Effective interactions with other departments /external vendors
- Exposure and implementation experience of Quality standards like ISO9001:2015
- Should have good computer knowledge (Word, Excel , PPT) , SAP ERP
