Key Areas of Responsibility
- Responsible for assembly and testing of the medical devices according to specific work/test instructions.
- Responsible for creation and Maintenance of Device History Record for each system.
- Shall actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process, driving efficiency, quality enhancement, and process optimisation.
- Plan and complete the assigned production task within the defined time to meet deadlines.
- Identify and resolve quality issues with proper root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Diploma in EEE or ECE with 2-4 years of experience in assembly and testing of electromechanical systems.
- The candidate is required to possess hands-on experience in electronic soldering, with IPC J-STD-001 certification considered an added advantage.
- Should have a strong foundation in RF and electronics fundamentals, including resonance, impedance matching, and S-parameters, along with hands-on experience in using a network analyser (VNA) for measurement and basic tuning, and the ability to troubleshoot electronic/RF circuits effectively.
- Experience in assembly and testing of medical devices and ability to work effectively under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detail.
- Must possess strong proficiency in MS-Office tools.
- Knowledge in SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Passionate about learning new products in a quick manner.
- Able to learn and implement changes/improvements in the production line.
- Analytical and practical approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrates ability to be a team player; works well with others; contributes positively to work in a team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
