The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and communications engineering, with hands-on experience in PCB design using Altium Designer. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) for our bio-instrumentation devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop PCBs using Altium Designer, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to define PCB requirements and constraints.
- Conduct schematic capture, layout, and routing of PCBs, considering signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management.
- Perform design reviews and optimise PCB layouts for manufacturability, reliability, and performance.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Gerber files, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of PCB prototypes and production units.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCB design and fabrication.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics and communications engineering.
- Proven hands-on experience in PCB design using Altium Designer.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, circuit design, and signal integrity principles.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for PCB design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in designing PCBs for bio-instrumentation or medical devices.
- Familiarity with high-speed digital design, RF layout, and EMC considerations.
- Experience with 3D modelling and integration of mechanical components.
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and materials.

Salary: Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 – 3,60,000 /year
