Experience
- 4+ years’ experience in product design and development of industrial led lighting or similar products. Candidate must have sound experience of mechanical and electronic parts integration, LED drivers/SMPS design, led selection and led array design, validation and reliability testing of led luminaire and electronic components.
- Candidate having knowledge of International & local regulatory, and compliance (Safety/Performance/EMC) standards (UL/IEC/CSA/BIS) is preferred.
- Exposure to complete product development life cycle, experience of working in global engineering environment, global manufacturing, project management, and co-ordination with cross functional teams, stakeholders is preferred.
- Knowledge of automation and smart lighting technology/protocols is an added advantage.
