Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase YouTube channel subscribers, views, and engagement.
- Create high-quality video content that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email newsletters).
- Analyse performance metrics using Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video marketing, content strategy, and growth hacking.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in creating & growing YouTube channels or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of success in driving audience growth through creative content creation.
- Strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm, SEO principles, and social media optimisation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Salary: 3.75-7.5 Lacs P.A.
