At the heart of the LJ-S8000 Series lies its proprietary light-section optical system powered by a high-intensity blue laser and advanced CMOS technology. This combination ensures unparalleled accuracy and repeatability, boasting 0.3 μm precision and imaging speeds of 0.2 seconds. The system’s ability to generate fully focused, noise-free 3D data, even on challenging surfaces like glossy or black materials, makes it a versatile solution for diverse applications.

Key features include:

  • Multi-dimensional Measurements: Perform width, height, volume, and area assessments with a single device, eliminating the need for multiple sensors.
  • Environmental Resistance: The system’s single-wavelength optical design ensures stability under varying ambient lighting conditions, simplifying setup and reducing downtime.
  • User-Friendly Operation: With its Imaging Navigation function, users can create professional-grade 3D images by simply selecting the desired results, drastically reducing setup time.
  • Compact, Retrofit-Ready Design: It is easily attachable to existing equipment, making it suitable for installations with limited space.

Industries such as automotive, electronics, and food packaging can benefit immensely from this technology. From inspecting connector coplanarity and identifying weld defects to verifying packaging integrity, the LJ-S8000 Series supports a broad range of inspection needs. Furthermore, its ability to handle inline 100% inspections ensures improved yield rates, quality, and operational efficiency.
