GAÏA Converter has introduced the FLHG-60, a 60W input bus conditioner designed for military and avionics systems. This all-in-one module simplifies power architecture for 24V and 28V operations by integrating key input-stage components like filters, voltage limiters, diodes, inrush current limiters, and hold-up modules.

Encased in durable metal housing with thermally conductive material, the FLHG-60 is designed for extreme conditions. It supports GAÏA Converter’s N input-range DC/DC converters and works with all standard battery voltages.
The FLHG-60 operates in three modes: Normal Mode, which ensures efficient power transfer with noise filtering; High-Voltage Transient Mode, which clamps voltage surges to protect downstream components; and Hold-Up Mode, which draws power from a hold-up capacitor during input voltage drops.
The FLHG-60 offers multiple advanced features to optimize performance and ensure compliance with industry standards:
- EMI Filtering: Reduces noise and meets MIL-STD-461 and DO160 standards.
- Spike and Surge Protection: Adheres to MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1275, ABD100, and DO160 overvoltage standards.
