A motorized X-Y positioner, with a 15″ x 15″ scan area, allows for thorough inspection across the x-y axis. The system offers a spatial resolution of up to 100 lp/mm when using the MicroTech™ option, delivering exceptional detail for critical inspections, including the ability to resolve .001 gold wire. Additionally, it features 100x geometric and 225x optical magnification for enhanced imaging capabilities, along with an XRTV Zoom Camera that offers 4X-50X magnification for detailed visual inspections.

The system is designed to easily integrate into busy production lines, meeting the demands of lead-free solder inspection. Its high voltage X-ray source ensures clear identification of production faults, particularly in complex components.
