High Linearity SP6T Switch by RFuW Engineering Can Handle 400W CW

The high power, SMT RF switch, MSW6T-6040-600 SP6T by RFuW Engineering  is a single-pole, six-throw switch capable of handling 400W of CW RF power over the frequency range of 30 MHz to 512 MHz. Peak power handling is up to 1000 Watts.

The MSW6T-6040-600 utilizes PIN diodes for high reliability and low insertion loss of <0.7 dB. Hybrid manufacturing processes yield superior RF performance offering IP3 >65dBm. The hybrid design approach permits precise PIN Diode selection to optimize RF performance while maintaining competitive cost targets.

Typical usage includes high reliability, mission critical applications in Switch Bank Filters and Mil-Com Radios.

Offered in a small form factor (8mm x 8mm x 2.5mm) package, the device is capable of high power handling, low insertion loss and superior isolation performance. The MSW6T-6040-600 symmetrical switch is tailored to minimize Transmit to Antenna loss while maximizing Transmit to Receive isolation. The extremely low thermal resistance of the hybrid assembly permits reliably handling up to +56 dBm CW power and up to +60dBm peak RF incident power.
