ASUS announced the ASUS Ascent GX10, aAI supercomputer powered by the NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip. This device brings petaflop-scale AI computing to the desks of developers, AI researchers, and data scientists worldwide, enabling next-level AI model development and experimentation.

It delivers an astonishing 1,000 TOPS of AI processing power, making it one of the most powerful desktop AI solutions available. With 128GB of unified system memory, developers can prototype, fine-tune, and run inference on generative AI models with up to 200-billion parameters. It is powered by NVIDIA Grace Blackwell Technology

This advanced chipset features:

  • Blackwell GPU with fifth-generation Tensor Cores and FP4 support for ultra-efficient AI processing.
  • Grace 20-core Arm CPU for enhanced data orchestration, enabling real-time inferencing and model tuning.
  • NVIDIA NVLink®-C2C connectivity, delivering 5x the bandwidth of PCIe® 5.0, ensuring seamless CPU-GPU memory integration.

With FP4 data format support and 128GB of unified system memory, it is designed to handle AI models with up to 200-billion parameters. Developers can effortlessly work with models like Llama 3.1 (405-billion parameters) by linking two GX10 units via integrated NVIDIA ConnectX NICs.

From Local Development to Scalable Deployment

It serves as a cost-effective AI experimentation platform, allowing developers to prototype AI applications locally while freeing up cloud compute resources. With support for NVIDIA AI software, models can seamlessly transition from desktop environments to NVIDIA DGX Cloud or other accelerated data centers without extensive code modifications.They will be available for pre-order in Q2 2025.
