Alliance Memory has expanded its Serial NOR Flash product line by launching three new 3.3V families, offering memory densities of 128Mb, 256Mb, and 512Mb. The products, including the AS25F3128MQ-6SIN, AS25F3128MQ-6WINTR, AS25F3256MQ-7S2INTR, AS25F3256MQ-7W2INTR, AS25F3512MQ-7S2INTR, and AS25F3512MQ-7W2INTR, are now available for embedded applications requiring high-performance and reliable code storage and execution.

The Serial NOR flash devices are designed for use by professionals and companies across various sectors, including computing, consumer electronics, communications, the Internet of Things (IoT), and embedded systems. It is suitable for developers and manufacturers of personal computers, servers, smartphones, tablets, routers, switches, and IoT devices such as smart home gadgets, industrial applications, and automotive systems. They are also well-suited for use in embedded systems like medical devices, security systems, and industrial controllers, catering to any application that requires robust, high-performance code storage and execution, making them highly versatile for a broad range of technological uses.

The serial NOR flash devices support Single, Dual, and Quad I/O SPI and QPI interfaces, delivering different read speeds. Additional features include uniform erase options, program/erase suspend and resume functions, and endurance exceeding 100,000 program/erase cycles.

Designed to streamline system integration and improve product reliability, the devices feature power supply lock-down, OTP protection, and high-bandwidth capabilities for read, erase, and program operations, ensuring superior performance in demanding applications.
