Traditionally, high-quality OES systems have been expensive for smaller manufacturers, restricting their access to advanced elemental analysis and high-value markets locally and internationally. The Metavision-8i aims to provide MSMEs and other businesses access to high-spec solutions that reduce operational costs and enhance eligibility for domestic and international contracts.

The product offers a cost-effective alternative to existing options in the segment, aiming to improve businesses’ product quality and competitiveness. The Metavision-8i delivers features and performance levels previously available only in high-end models. It provides precision and accuracy in elemental analysis, crucial for identifying and mitigating defects. Features like dual-optics, multi-base functionality, and specialised high-resolution DUV optics enable precise low-ppm analysis of critical elements. Integrating CMOS detectors enhances sensitivity, accelerates processing speeds, and reduces spectral noise, ensuring top results.

“Since its inception, Metal Power has been at the forefront of building innovations that benefit businesses across all stages. Our experience of over 35 years in the industry has given us a deep understanding of both the complexities and the value levers of metal analysis, and we strive to develop innovative and economical solutions. Our latest product can analyse pure metals up to 99.98% and is set to redefine the market standard, offering unmatched quality, advanced features, and exceptional value, helping us to capture a significant market share,” said Mukund Pant, Managing Director at Metal Power Analytical.
