MicroCare has announced the launch of the Sticklers Pro360° Touchless Cleaner, a breakthrough solution designed to set new standards in fiber optic end face cleaning. Backed by a three-year study at the MicroCare Critical Cleaning Lab, the Pro360° introduces a touchless, 360° cleaning process that eliminates static, scratching, and residual contamination—key causes of signal degradation in high-speed networks.
At the heart of the innovation is Coandă Effect fluid flow technology, which delivers a controlled jet of atomized, high-purity cleaning fluid followed by a focused burst of pressurized air. This process ensures complete removal of dust, oil, and other residues across the entire connector end face, from the core to the ferrule edge. Unlike traditional mechanical “click-to-clean” tools, which may leave contaminants at the chamfer, the Pro360° achieves full-surface precision cleaning in just one cycle.
Designed for versatility, the compact handheld device accepts multiple cleaning tips, enabling technicians to clean 1.25 mm, 2.5 mm, and MPO/MTP connectors with a single tool. Each replaceable fluid canister delivers over 2,100 cleans, making the system highly cost-effective for both field technicians and high-volume in-house operations. The fluid is nonflammable, non-pressurized, and ships globally as non-hazardous, aligning with evolving safety and environmental regulations.
