Scientists from MIT and other institutes have figured out a way to intercept the messages carried out by exosomes in the form of nanoscale packets secreted by cells in our body. The method of exosome isolation using sound waves will reveal new opportunities of diagnosing diseases. The research team also plans to use this technology to find biomarkers that can disclose the disease states.
