Devices with high performance processors are generating more heat than ever, creating a need for cooling solutions that are small, quiet, and effective. Frore Systems’ AirJet Mini G2 addresses this by delivering 50 percent more heat removal than its predecessor while keeping the same compact footprint.

The chip can handle 7.5 W of heat in a device just 27.3 mm by 41.6 mm by 2.5 mm, producing 1,750 Pascals of back pressure, ten times that of a traditional fan, while operating silently at 21 dBA. This enables thin, light, silent, dustproof, water resistant, and vibration free devices to maintain high performance without overheating.

AirJet Mini G2 is designed for the rising compute demands of AI reasoning models in industrial and consumer edge devices. These models spend more time processing logic and breaking problems into steps, which increases heat generation. AirJet Mini G2 removes that heat efficiently, allowing devices to sustain peak performance.

Its compact and scalable design fits a wide range of products, from notebooks, tablets, mini PCs, and smartphones to cameras, SSDs, and IoT devices, and even extends to data centers, defense, and automotive applications. Manufacturers can now create faster, thinner, and more reliable products without compromising on silence or durability.

AirJet Mini G2 builds on the original AirJet Mini, which already earned multiple industry awards and widespread adoption, continuing Frore Systems’ goal of advancing thermal management in line with Frore’s Law, aiming to double performance every two years.

“We are thrilled to be working with CREVIS on their latest industrial machine vision camera,” said Dr. Seshu Madhavapeddy, Founder and CEO of Frore Systems. “AirJet Mini G2 significantly improves image quality in cameras by lowering the sensor temperature, enables higher frame rates in hand-held gaming devices, faster read/write speeds in SSDs and higher radio transmit power in 5G WiFi hotspots. Moreover, AirJet Mini G2 delivers 50% higher heat removal in edge devices , enabling the faster processing required for quick response time from the AI Reasoning Models.”
