The job involves working with the system/marketing team to define specifications, coming up with the architecture, circuit design, verification, participating in reviews and guiding the team, supervising layout design, silicon validation, developing test specifications and coordinating with test/product engineering to drive product releases etc. Innovation is the key to success of these kind of devices so good understanding of circuit fundamentals is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
University Degree in electrical/electronic engineering with professional experience in Analog Design
- 2-5 years of industry experience in high frequency design
- Ability to work in team and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Ability to lead the team
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Experience in silicon debug and characterization is a plus
