Job Overview
This role offers hands-on experience in IoT devices, technical troubleshooting, and customer support, making it an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a strong foundation in technical support and electronics systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for IoT devices, including installation and configuration
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to GPS and IoT devices
- Handle inbound customer queries and ensure timely resolution
- Perform device testing, diagnostics, and quality checks
- Assist with SIM activation and connectivity-related tasks
- Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and daily activities
- Coordinate with R&D and service teams for complex technical issues
- Guide customers on product usage and platform features
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of basic electronics and communication concepts
- Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems (basic level)
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as UART, I2C, and SPI (preferred)
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems or IoT-based projects
- Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
- Exposure to GPS-based devices or systems\
