Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Hardware Developer, you will design, develop, and test hardware components, subsystems, and systems. This role involves developing, modifying, and improving existing engineering activities related to processes, systems, products, devices, components, equipment, or production.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop Hardware Components: Design, develop, and test hardware components, including computer chips, circuit boards, firmware, and computer systems.
- Improve Engineering Activities: Modify and improve existing engineering activities related to processes, systems, products, devices, components, equipment, or production.
- Research and Architecture: Perform research and define architecture for hardware systems, including activities such as design team lead and development.
- Test and Supervise: Test and supervise product manufacturing and installation, ensuring high-quality products.
- Support Existing Systems: Support existing hardware systems, including related equipment such as keyboards, modems, printers, storage, interconnects, and product packaging.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Exposure to Hardware Development: Familiarity with designing, developing, and testing hardware components, including computer chips, circuit boards, firmware, and computer systems.
- Understanding of Engineering Processes: Knowledge of existing engineering activities related to processes, systems, products, devices, components, equipment, or production.
- Experience with Research and Architecture: Exposure to research and architecture definition for hardware systems, including design team lead and development activities.
- Familiarity with Testing and Supervision: Understanding of testing and supervising product manufacturing and installation, ensuring high-quality products.
- Knowledge of Hardware Systems: Familiarity with supporting existing hardware systems, including related equipment such as keyboards, modems, printers, storage, interconnects, and product packaging.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Exposure to Computer Chips: Familiarity with designing, developing, and testing computer chips, including an understanding of chip architecture and functionality.
- Understanding of Circuit Boards: Knowledge of circuit board design, development, and testing, including familiarity with PCB layout and fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with Firmware Development: Exposure to firmware development, including understanding of programming languages and firmware testing methodologies.
