Job Description
- Technical Antenna bridge the Line of Business and the Plant for Product/Process technical management
- Contribute to Optimise (Product Evolution Process – PEP*)
- Leads or contributes to the execution of Change Notices based on agreed timeline
- Analyzes change impact on the end-to-end manufacturing processes
- Proposes improvements to the Board of Change
- Collect and send Adaptation, Quality, Productivity, Obsolescence and Withdrawal requests
- Collaborates with Design/Continuous Engineering for all changes
- Ensure the local Product-Process knowledge, contribute to technical problem solving
- Train the actors in the plant on Product and Customer Application knowledge
- Perform Product/Process analysis (surveillance test, Technical Returns i.e. TEX, defective products i.e. FPY, MDR, Red Box)
- Contribute to Problem Solving (Root Cause Analysis in 8Ds)
- Contribute to the Product reviews conducted with the Line of Business
- Guarantee Product Performance Compliance & contribute to Product Robustness in the plant
- Contribute to risk assessment (i.e. Severity in RPN) through PFMEA, PQCS & CQCP
- Contribute to Critical Supply Robustness & Part Qualification, CQCS & CQCP
- Take receipt of new offer arriving in the plant coming from Offer Creation (PMP*) and Industrial transfer.
