Key Responsibilities
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for field failures and production issues.
- Debug PCB assemblies and electronic circuits.
- Analyse failures related to ESC, Motor Controller, Battery, BMS, Power Electronics, Sensors, and Communication Interfaces.
- Use DMM, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyser, DC Power Supply, and Function Generator.
- Investigate hardware and firmware issues.
- Read schematics and PCB layouts.
- Prepare RCA reports and CAPA.
- Coordinate with Design, Firmware, Production, Quality, and Testing teams.
- Maintain failure database and verify fixes.
