Key Responsibilities
- CDM Assembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting.
- System Level BOM (Bill of Material) Creation for customer orders.
- Cable and Wiring connection Diagram creation and Release.
- Production Line support, in case of any Line stoppage issues.
- Perform product validation and verification of hardware in Tabletop or lab environment.
- Prepare and submit reports on progress and status of all testing procedures.
- Collaborate with Engineers and other Professionals on technical Tasks.
- Interpreting drawings, training manuals, and instructions (SOP) in order to perform duties.
- Provide training to factory workers on Assembly, testing and debugging products.
- Ensure compliance to electrical safety procedures and rules are strictly adhered.
- Ensuring all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Graduation: Minimum Diploma / BE/BTech in Electronics
- Total Experience: 2 to 5 years
Background and Skills: The ideal candidate will have
- Thorough understanding of electronics principles and design.
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in using Laboratory tools such as Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Logic analyzers etc.
- Hands-on experience with electronics testing and troubleshooting.
- Tools proficiency, general: Computer (MS word, Excel, PPT & AutoCAD, etc.) and configuration management tools.
- Hands-on experience with SMD & Through Hole Components Soldering & De-soldering process.
- Thorough understanding of electronics principles and design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
